Career mentoring is a term that is used a lot, but not everyone is aware of it. Career mentoring is nothing more than a relationship between experienced professionals we call mentors and an individual seeking guidance on their career development. These individuals are called mentees. The mentor will establish a structured partnership to support the person being mentored, where they will navigate their career, make informed decisions and possibly achieve their professional goals.

The length of the mentoring relationship can vary depending on your goals' needs, ranging from a few months to several years. Each case takes a specific amount of time.

Alê holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Estácio de Sá in Brazil. She did an exchange program in the United States and obtained her second degree as a Sociologist in New York.

Alê is a Family Support Specialist. She has been working since 2012 supporting children and families to fight child abuse, malnutrition and domestic violence through education.

Alê is also a Mental Health Aid and currently works as an HR Director in upstate New York helping clients improve their skills and find employment. Where a complete assessment is carried out to find out what are the immediate needs of each client in order to connect with the resources available in the community.

You choose the most appropriate day and time for you;
You can buy more than one service session;
Make the payment online;
Service is done via zoom or via WhatsApp;

MONDAY: From 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm

TUESDAY: From 7 pm to 10 pm

WEDNESDAY: From 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm

THURSDAY: From 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm and from 8:30 pm to 9:00 pm

FRIDAY: From 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm
